First please allow me to introduce myself: My name is Du Yuanshu and I am the CEO of
Shandong Ruyi Technology Group, Jining, China
I'm very pleased to get to know you through our subsidiary company,
Peine GmbH, Wilhelmshaven, Germany
in which we are holding the majority shares. Here I'm acting as the representative of
Shandong Ruyi and also on behalf of Peine GmbH.
I sincerely thank you for the many years of supporting Peine, but due to some reasons Peine
is still in a difficult situation owing payments to you. Shandong Ruyi together with Peine
GmbH has worked out a Five - Years - Development Strategy for which Ruyi as the majority
shareholder will inject more new capital.
We herewith confirm that Shandong Ruyi Technology Group as the ultimate parent company
of Peine GmbH, ensure that financial support remains available for the continuing
operations of the company with a view to it being a position to meet its liabilities as they fall
due between the date of this letter and December, 31st. 2015, providing that the company
remains part of the Shandong Ruyi Technology Group of companies during such a period.
